Two consultation pathways
AIF Lucas consultation
For eligible new clients, the firm’s own free 30-minute consultation may include preliminary views and a practical way forward, based on the information available. Conflict, availability, suitability and retainer conditions apply.
Formal LIV referral consultation
The formal LIV referral consultation is governed by the current LIV service conditions. LIV presently describes it as a free consultation of up to 30 minutes in which no legal advice is offered, used to discuss legal needs, potential next steps and future fees.
